Match Sync was started by 2 UK trained medical doctors who teamed up with 2 experienced recruiters to connect medical doctors with jobs back home.
As medical doctors, we know the anxiety, frustration and uncertainty involved in relocating to a different country. But we also know what it takes to go home.
Everything we create and do centres on the doctor experience of going home.
Our unique combination of doctors and experienced recruiters are well placed to connect healthcare professionals to the healthcare organisations that need them.

Co-Founder
Dr Josh Yip
MBChB (UK), MRCGP MSc PGCME
Dr Yip is a NHS GP and Founder of Antara Health. He is an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur and was awarded the Topol Fellowship for leading digital transformation at his GP surgery. He holds a Masters in Health Policy from Imperial College.
He now works to bring GPs and consultants back to Malaysia through MatchSync and Antara Health.

Dr Amirul Ikhwan
MBChB (UK), MRCSEd, PGCME
Dr Amirul Ikhwan is an Orthopaedic-themed surgical trainee based in the West Midlands Deanery, United Kingdom. Prior to that, he was a Research Fellow at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, where his research interest was in orthopaedic oncology and arthroplasty. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He completed his undergraduate study at the University of Birmingham. He had also completed Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education (for Surgeons) from the University of Dundee.

Jin graduated from King's College London with a Masters in Pharmacy. She supports the Matchsync team in Malaysia.
