Match Sync was started by 2 UK trained medical doctors who teamed up with 2 experienced recruiters to connect medical doctors with jobs back home.
As medical doctors, we know the anxiety, frustration and uncertainty involved in relocating to a different country. But we also know what it takes to go home.
Everything we create and do centres on the doctor experience of going home.
